Franco, 27, is charged with DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, three counts of reckless driving with serious bodily injury, and three counts of DUI causing serious injury. He was ordered held on $77,500 bond. The press did not name an attorney for him.

audi-interior-300x200Ryan Basdeo of Pompano Beach, Florida was arrested on Tuesday for his involvement in the DUI crash that injured his wife, Alana Battoo Basdeo, and killed his 3-year-old daughter, Sophia.

Basdeo, 29, is charged with vehicular homicide, aggravated manslaughter of a child, DUI manslaughter, DUI with serious bodily injury to another, reckless driving causing serious bodily injury, and two counts of DUI property damage.

Stephen Burns of North Miami Beach, Florida was arrested on July 2 for his alleged involvement in the DUI car crash that led to the death of Terance Martees Young of Hollywood.

Burns, 24, is charged with DUI, vehicular homicide, and DUI causing death. He was ordered held on $120,000 bond. If he posts bail and is released before trial, he must report to court every month and undergo random drug testing. He also can’t apply for a passport.

Joselyn Lopez of North Lauderdale, Florida was taken into police custody on October 26 for allegedly causing a car crash over a year ago that led to the death Christopher Sheehan and injured Jacob Snowhite.

Lopez, 30, faces eight charges, including DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, reckless driving and causing serious bodily harm. During a bond court hearing on Friday, a judge set her bond at $47,000 and ordered her not to drive a vehicle under any circumstances. If she manages to post bail, Lopez is to be placed on house arrest with an ankle monitor and will have to submit to weekly drug and alcohol testing.

Roger Wittenberns of West Palm Beach, Florida was arrested on Monday for allegedly causing a car crash that led to the death of Uber driver J. Gerald Smith in September last year. Wittenberns, 61, faces charges of DUI manslaughter, DUI causing injury, and vehicular homicide.

He turned himself in and was booked into Palm Beach County Jail on June 12. His bond was set at $450,000 during his first court appearance on Tuesday morning. If he bonds out of jail, he will be placed on house arrest and is not to have contact with any witnesses. The judge made an exception for his wife, Patty Ann McQuiggin, who is one of the witnesses in the case.
