Timothy Miller of West Palm Beach, Florida was arrested on after he allegedly attempted to kidnap a 12-year-old school boy in Boynton Beach.
Miller, 26, faces charges that include kidnapping, child neglect, DUI, and resisting arrest. He is being held without bond at Palm Beach County Jail. It is unclear if he has acquired the services of an attorney.
According to Palm Beach police, the alleged attempted kidnapping occurred at approximately 4 p.m. August 21 along Hypoluxo Road. The victim had gotten off a school bus and was walking when Miller allegedly drove up in a pickup truck.
