Anthony Ray Robbins of West Palm Beach was charged with possession of sexual performance of a child and promoting sexual performance of a child. He is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail on $40,000 bail. Attorney information wasn’t available.

Palm Beach school employee Timothy Scott has been arrested by police for allegedly storing child pornography on his work computer. Scott, 56, is a facilities manager at Renaissance Learning Academy.
Scott is facing 15 counts of possession of obscene material depicting sexual performance by a child. He was released last Tuesday on $150,000 bond and is not to go near any schools, including the Renaissance Learning Academy. He is also required to avoid anyone under the age of 18. Dowling, 52, was charged with three counts of possessing child pornography. He was ordered held on $9,000 bond. It is unclear if he has acquired the services of an attorney.
