Yolexy Cuellar Perez of Palm Springs, Florida was arrested on July 22 after he allegedly struck and killed George Dietel of Palm Springs while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Perez, 36, is charged with DUI manslaughter. He is being held at Palm Beach County Jail on $150,000 bond and will be placed on house arrest if he is released. The press did not name an attorney for him.

Alexandra Danison of Palm Springs, Florida was arrested on Sept. 13 on a DUI charge. She was arrested inside Palm Beach after she failed to follow police orders to exit the island via one of the security checkpoints set up in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.

Danison, 32, was charged with a DUI. She was held at Palm Beach County jail and released on her own recognizance the following day. It is unclear if she has acquired the services of an attorney.

Steve Johnson of Palm Springs, Florida was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sober Home Task Force on March 1 on 48 counts of patient brokering. Johnson, 45, is the owner of a South Florida outpatient treatment center called Palm Beach Recovery & Wellness.

Johnson reportedly paid illegal kickbacks to sober home operators in exchange for referrals to recovering addicts with health insurance coverage. He runs the facility with his wife, Melissa Johnson, but she has not been charged in the case. Johnson is being held at Palm Beach County Detention Center. News sources did not say if he has acquired the services of an attorney.

William F. Davis JrWilliam F. Davis Jr., Palm Springs Village Public Services Director, was arrested on November 29 for allegedly receiving unlawful rewards in exchange for official favors. Davis faces charges for organized scheme to defraud and unlawful rewards for official behavior. He was held in lieu of $8,000 and has since bonded out of jail. The press didn’t name an attorney for Davis.

According to Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office, Davis reportedly received almost $20,000 in bribes from contractors Carlo and Luigi Basile of AKA Services over the past six years. The Basile brothers believed that the town would pay them faster for their sewage and water services if they bribed Davis to accelerate the process.
