Lyle was arrested on Monday morning by Miami police and charged with battery. He posted $5,000 bond Monday and was given permission to fly back to Mexico. Attorney information was not immediately available.
Rey Villanueva was arrested on DUI charges for his alleged involvement in a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist.
Villanueva, 30, was arrested on charges that include reckless driving, leaving the scene with property damage, leaving the scene with death, and DUI manslaughter. Attorney information was not available.
Perez, 60, taught the fifth grade at Charles R. Hadley Elementary School in Miami-Dade. He is charged with six counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 12 and another six counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child who is 16 or older.
Perez was ordered held without bond at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. The press did not name an attorney for him.
