Green, 36, faces 30 counts of obscene communication involving a minor. He was released on $90,000 bond. It is unclear if he has acquired the services of an attorney.

prison-162885_1920-300x225Police have filed civil asset forfeiture actions against at least three individuals who have all been charged with their alleged involvement in a prostitution investigation in Marin County, Florida.

In February of this year, after an eight-month investigation conducted by multiple law enforcement agencies (including several law enforcement agencies from Orange County to Palm Beach together with the IRS and Homeland Security), six women were charged for their part in an alleged prostitution ring which operated in massage parlors in the area. Around 100 men have also been arrested for allegedly visiting the massage parlors.

Nicholas Christian Armstrong of Lake Park, Florida is accused of driving while under the influence and causing a crash that severely injured a motorcyclist in Jupiter.

Armstrong, 29, faces charges for refusing to submit to a DUI test after a license suspension, violating driver-license restrictions, and DUI causing serious bodily harm. He is being held in Palm Beach County Jail on $10,000 bond. The press did not name an attorney for Armstrong.

Kevin Kerlin of Jupiter, Florida was arrested for allegedly sending inaapropriate text messages to his friend’s teenage daughter.

Kerlin, 45, is charged with unlawful use of a communication device and solicitation of a minor. It is unclear if he has sought legal representation.

Tiger Woods had marijuana and four other drugs in his system when he was arrested on a DUI charge in Jupiter, Florida in May, a report released by police on Tuesday revealed.

The report was released a few days after Woods agreed to take a plea deal and enter a diversion program to settle his DUI charge. It says Woods, 41, had marijuana, the anti-insomnia drug Ambien, the anxiety drug Xanax, as well as the painkillers Dilaudid and Vicodin in his system when he was arrested on May 29.
