Colin Edward McLean of Hollywood, Florida was arrested on February 6 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl and a 3-month-old baby girl.
McLean is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation on a minor and sexual assault on a minor. He is being held without bond. The press did not name an attorney for him.
Matthew James Walker of Hollywood, Florida was arrested Thursday for allegedly trying to sexually assault a 16-year-old girl.
Walker, 23, faces charges of aggravated stalking, attempted sexual battery, attempted burglary with assault, and two counts of criminal attempt to solicit. His bond was set at $250,000 and he was ordered not to have any contact with the victim.
James Edward Capers Jr. of Hollywood, Florida has been arrested for allegedly holding a 13-year-old girl against her will for a week and selling her for sex.
Capers, 36, is charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious battery, human trafficking, and kidnapping. He is being held without bond until he goes before a trial judge. He was also ordered not to have any contact with the victim or her family. The press did not name an attorney for him.
Substitute teacher Roman Jose Fondon of Pembroke Pines, Florida was arrested on September 19 for allegedly having sexual encounters with a 15-year-old student.
Fondon, 28, is being charged with lewd or lascivious battery on a child older than 12 but under 16 and sexual battery on a victim older than 12 and younger than 18.
He was ordered held without bond until he sees his trial judge. He is not to have contact with the student or her family and is barred from using the Internet among other stipulations.
Leandro Mlodziejewski was arrested on July 10 for allegedly raping a teenage girl in a Publix restroom.
Mlodziejewski, 28, is charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior in the presence of a minor and two counts of sexual battery against a minor. He is being held in the Broward County Main Jail on $200,000 bond. If he posts bail, he will be required to wear an ankle monitor and surrender his passport, as he is a U.S. citizen who was born in Argentina and is deemed a flight risk. Attorney information was not available.
