Yolexy Cuellar Perez of Palm Springs, Florida was arrested on July 22 after he allegedly struck and killed George Dietel of Palm Springs while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Perez, 36, is charged with DUI manslaughter. He is being held at Palm Beach County Jail on $150,000 bond and will be placed on house arrest if he is released. The press did not name an attorney for him.

Ricardo Gonzalez of North Miami-Dade, Florida turned himself in on June 13 for his alleged involvement in a hit-and-run crash that killed Hilda Garcia.

Gonzalez, 25, faces charges of vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, attempting to tamper with physical evidence, and leaving the scene of a crash involving death. He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. It is unclear if he has acquired an attorney.

Joselyn Lopez of North Lauderdale, Florida was taken into police custody on October 26 for allegedly causing a car crash over a year ago that led to the death Christopher Sheehan and injured Jacob Snowhite.

Lopez, 30, faces eight charges, including DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, reckless driving and causing serious bodily harm. During a bond court hearing on Friday, a judge set her bond at $47,000 and ordered her not to drive a vehicle under any circumstances. If she manages to post bail, Lopez is to be placed on house arrest with an ankle monitor and will have to submit to weekly drug and alcohol testing.

Jacob Gordon of Palm Beach County, Florida was arrested on August 21 and is facing DUI manslaughter charges for his involvement in a hit-and-run accident that killed the son of a Palm Beach County police deputy.

Gordon, 21, is being charged with DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of a crash, trespassing, and driving without a license. It is unclear if he has hired an attorney.
