A family of seven from Eagle Mountain, Utah were hit by James Howell’s vehicle on March 26 as they were walking back to their hotel after dinner. Kyle Christopher Hannover of Dania Beach, Florida was arrested last Thursday for a fatal hit-and-run that ended the life of 81-year-old Luis Angel Dominguez of Pembroke Pines. Hannover, 26, faces manslaughter charges and is being held without bond. The press did not specify an attorney for him.
