Boynton Beach police officer Gabriel Albala was arrested on August 29 by the FBI for allegedly buying child pornography from an Alabama man who recently pleaded guilty to multiple child pornography charges.
Albala, 45, faces federal charges of child pornography. He is being held without bond in Broward County’s Main Jail. The press did not name an attorney for him.

According to Palm Beach police, the alleged attempted kidnapping occurred at approximately 4 p.m. August 21 along Hypoluxo Road. The victim had gotten off a school bus and was walking when Miller allegedly drove up in a pickup truck.
Johsnon, 32, was charged with DUI manslaughter, DUI with damage to another’s property, vehicular homicide, reckless driving causing injury, driving with a suspended license, and possession of marijuana. He was also ticketed for speeding and running a red light. He was ordered held without bond.
